- We are currently operating at reduced capacity to respect physical distancing regulations.
- We are currently accepting limited party sizes that adhere to region specific distancing regulations.
- We currently ask that all of our guests and staff wear masks while inside the restaurant, with the exception of when they are eating or drinking.
- We are keeping our restaurants up to date with all public health guidelines as they evolve.
- We have added additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures to our existing food safety and hygiene standards.
- We have prepared our restaurants with the right tools to respond to emerging developments.
- We have empowered our staff to choose to stay home if they feel unwell or send anyone home showing symptoms.
- We accept takeout and delivery orders over the phone.

PREPARATION FOR RE-OPENING RESTAURANT

The Izba Bistro restaurant owners had purchased thousands of dollars worth of sanitizing supplies to make sure Staff and Customers stay safe.
High touch areas like door handles and railings, debit machines and washroom facilities will be sanitized after every single use, while both front and back of house areas will be deep cleaned each morning before opening. Hand sanitizers will also be added.
As of May 21, we are operating at a half capacity with appropriate distancing and additional safety measures in compliance with the WorkSafeBC protocols.
